Through 1981 Very Good Condition USA Scott Plate Block Album With No Stamps.

Scott 2 Post Binder 20th Century Commemorative Plate Block Album. Album begins with 1901 Commemorative Stamps and runs through 1981. The album cover and binding are in excellent condition. Most of the pages were never utilized / mounted, however, some pages mostly in the latter years were utilized and mounts have been removed with the pages remaining sound. A few pages have relatively minor flaws from the removal of the mounts, the worst of which are shown at the end of the photos SHOWN AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS LISTING. The album still has the original paper dust sleeve as shown in the photos (although significantly worn).

The item shown in the photo is the exact item the buyer will receive unless otherwise noted.
