• Scott U41 - 2 Centavos (Red)
• Scott U42 - 4 Centavos (Green)

Both envelopes remain unused with flaps intact. Normal minor aging and light handling wear consistent with storage. No major tears or significant faults noted. See photos for exact condition.

A useful addition for collectors of Philippines or U.S. Possessions postal stationery.
