2002 Neuter & Spay Plate Block of 4 37c Postage Stamps - MNH, OG - Sc# 3670-3671
In 2002 the USPS issued these stamps NEUTER OR SPAY to raise awareness of the importance of spaying or neutering pets. Samantha and Kirby, the kitten and the puppy depicted here, were both adopted from animal shelters. As responsible, caring pet owners, their new families had them both neutered.
These are real USPS postage stamps that are accepted by the USA Postal Service as payment for mail posted in the USA however the total rates on the stamps posted must equal or exceed the current appropriate postal mailing rate or extra postage must be paid.
