1991 Honoring Those Who Served Medal Plate Block of 4 29c Postage Stamps - MNH, OG - Sc# 2551
On July 2, 1991 in Washington, DC., the USPS honored those who served in Operation Desert Shield & Storm. The inscription in the selvage reads: "This stamp salutes the members of the U.S. Armed Forces who served in Operations Desert Shield & Desert Storm. The design depicts the Southwest Asia Service Medal, established by Presidential Executive order in March 1991."
