1989 Executive Branch Plate Block of 4 25c Postage Stamps - MNH, OG - Sc# 2414
In 1989 the USPS issued this 25 cent stamp celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Executive Branch of our government. This image of the proud features of George Washington was taken from J.Q.A. Ward's bronze statue of Washington, which stands at New York's Federal Hall National Memorial, the site of the first inauguration of a U.S. President.
These are real USPS postage stamps that are accepted by the USA Postal Service as payment for mail posted in the USA however the total rates on the stamps posted must equal or exceed the current appropriate postal mailing rate or extra postage must be paid.
