In 1998 the USPS issued this Se-Tenant block of four depicting Carousel Animals. Shown are the: Horse, Camel, Goat, and the Deer. According to legend, former President of the United States Dwight Eisenhower may have sanded carousel horses as a boy at the C.W. Parker factory in his hometown of Abilene, Kansas.
