1981 Flowers Rose, Camellia, Dahlia, Lily Block of 4 18c Postage Stamps - MNH, OG - Sc# 1876-1879
~ On April 23, 1981 in Ft. Valley, GA., the USPS issued this block of four stamps paying tribute to the beauty of America's flowers and pictures four of the most-beautiful varieties in the country. Included are the Rose, Camellia, Dahlia, and the Lily.
These are real USPS postage stamps that are accepted by the USA Postal Service as payment for mail posted in the USA however the total rates on the stamps posted must equal or exceed the current appropriate postal mailing rate or extra postage must be paid.
