1959 St Lawrence Seaway Plate Block of 4 4c Postage Stamps - MNH, OG - Sc# 1131

This is a numbered plate block of 4 stamps as pictured. (plate number position may vary from stock picture) Issued on June 26, 1959, the Post Office Dept. as the first stamp to be issued jointly between the United States and another country, collaborating with Canada to release a stamp for the St. Lawrence Seaway. The U.S. stamp was issued in Massena, New York, while Canada’s stamp was issued in Ottawa.
