Franked with the 3 centavos Fortaleza Ozama definitive and 10 centavos Cuadrante Solar airmail stamp, with a bold red diagonal bilingual "Por Correo Aereo / Via Air Mail" handstamp. Addressed to Instituto Universal, 1265 Lexington Avenue, New York City - genuine commercial correspondence. Reverse shows typical envelope gum bleed-through along flap lines consistent with covers of this era. Front displays well.
