Note on construction: this appears to be a single sheet of paper with a flap affixed at top to simulate an envelope closure, rather than a conventional folded/glued envelope - consistent with some cachet-maker souvenir productions of the period rather than a genuine mailing envelope capable of holding contents.

Condition: small gouge at top center edge and at bottom right edge, upper left and right corners clipped.
