Franked with the Dominican Republic 10 centavos Entrega Especial (Special Delivery) airmail stamp and 2 centavos definitive, tied by Santo Domingo cancel. Features the printed "Correo Aereo Especial Por Lindbergh / El Espiritu de San Luis" cachet, the distinctive red arrow-shaped "Lindbergh" pointing cachet, and the blue rectangular "Correo Aereo Especial por Lindbergh / El Espiritu de San Luis" handstamp - a full complement of Lindbergh markings.

Addressed to B.L. Rowe, West Indian Aerial Express, Port-au-Prince, Haiti - Basil Rowe was one of the pioneering figures of Caribbean aviation, operating the West Indian Aerial Express and deeply connected to the development of air service throughout the region.
