Issued circa 1917 during the Kingdom of Italy period, this 10 Lire Assicurativi insurance issue was produced for use on insured parcels and registered letters by the Istituto Assicurazioni e Previdenza Postelegrafonici.

This issue is cataloged in Sassone under the Assicurativi section as No. 10. It is not listed in the Scott catalog, as these were indemnity/insurance stamps rather than regular postage.

Offered is the complete se-tenant pair, showing both the text panel and coat-of-arms design as originally issued.

Condition:
• Mint Never Hinged
• Original gum with natural age tone
• Minor gum ripple visible only under angled light
• No creases visible from the face
• Sound perforations and intact central separation

This pair was acquired by the previous owner from a long-established Italian philatelic firm (Roberto Pavone - Filatelisti dal 1955), supporting proper identification and specialist provenance.
