Centering & Appearance: Centering grades approximately Extremely Fine (EF-90) by EZGrader estimation, with well-balanced margins and a sharp, richly colored impression. The blue is strong and fully saturated with no fading. Face presentation is visually attractive.

Faults - Please Read Carefully: This stamp is offered with complete transparency regarding the following issues:

* Regummed - Scott PR1 is issued without gum as standard. Gum is present on reverse and confirmed as applied/regummed based on visible seepage onto perf tips and into perf valleys, clearly visible under magnification. Buyers should consider this stamp as no-gum for valuation purposes
* Hinge remnant visible o top of applied gum on reverse
* Adhered paper fragment on reverse, approximately 5x7mm
* Minor scattered toning spots on reverse
* Possible gum crease lower right reverse; no corresponding fault visible on face under magnification
