When you see that the shipping has been combined, pay for your items. Many of my items will immediately combine automatically - particularly single stamps, covers and postcards.
How to do combined shipping for more than one item won in Auction: Simply hold off on paying until you see that there is one shipping fee for all your items from my store. I usually combine all shipping within 2 hours of the end of my auctions though this is not always possible.
