1992 USPS Stamp Yearbook - Comes With Original Sealed Stamps In Original Packet & Dust Cover. It has been kept very nice by ex-Navy collector/previous owner. The dust cover has a small tear near the one of the corners (see last photo) but otherwise book, jacket and stamp packet look to be in mint or near mint condition. (Photos 6-8 are of the dust jacket)
